We’re so excited you’re shopping our preorder pieces! 🌷
Preorders give you the chance to secure your favorite styles and sizes before they officially arrive — no racing the crowd at drop time.
Please note: Preorder ship dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We make every effort to ship by the stated timeframe, but occasionally unforeseen delays (factory, shipping, or customs) may occur. We’ll always keep you updated via our website and VIP group if there’s any change to the expected delivery window. 💌

Preorders are open for a limited time or until we reach production capacity.

Because preorder items are made especially for you, they are not ready-to-ship and may take up to 8 weeks to fulfill (check the preorder page for the specific turnaround time).

Please order the size needed for the estimated delivery timeframe, as these pieces are custom-made to order.

Preorders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed, including changes to sizes, styles, or shipping addresses.

Shipping times begin once your preorder item is completed and shipped from our warehouse.
Important Notes

Preorders are Final Sale. However, if your item arrives with a flaw or fit issue, we’re happy to offer a one-time exchange or store credit for a similar item when available.

Please avoid mixing preorder and in-stock items in the same checkout cart to prevent delays.

Double-check your sizes, address, and order details before completing checkout — we’re unable to make changes after your order is submitted.

RETURN POLICY
Do you accept returns?
We want you to love your AIB pieces! 🌷 If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns for store credit or a replacement item (such as a different size) within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
If you’re requesting a return (not an exchange or replacement), shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Please note: all sales in our “Sale” section are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
If your item arrives with a flaw or defect, or if you received the incorrect item, please email your order number and photos to hello@alwaysinbloomclothing@gmail.com within 7 days so we can make it right! 💕
When will I receive my refund or store credit?
Once your return is received and inspected, your store credit or refund will be processed within 3 business days.
