We’ll always keep you updated via our website and VIP group if there’s any change to the expected delivery window. 💌

Preorder Details

  • Preorders are open for a limited time or until we reach production capacity.

  • Because preorder items are made especially for you, they are not ready-to-ship and may take up to 8 weeks to fulfill (check the preorder page for the specific turnaround time).

  • Please order the size needed for the estimated delivery timeframe, as these pieces are custom-made to order.

  • Preorders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed, including changes to sizes, styles, or shipping addresses.

  • Shipping times begin once your preorder item is completed and shipped from our warehouse.

Important Notes

  • Preorders are Final Sale. However, if your item arrives with a flaw or fit issue, we’re happy to offer a one-time exchange or store credit for a similar item when available.

  • Please avoid mixing preorder and in-stock items in the same checkout cart to prevent delays.

  • Double-check your sizes, address, and order details before completing checkout — we’re unable to make changes after your order is submitted.

RETURN POLICY

Do you accept returns?
We want you to love your AIB pieces! 🌷 If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns for store credit or a replacement item (such as a different size) within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

If you’re requesting a return (not an exchange or replacement), shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Please note: all sales in our “Sale” section are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

If your item arrives with a flaw or defect, or if you received the incorrect item, please email your order number and photos to hello@alwaysinbloomclothing@gmail.com within 7 days so we can make it right! 💕

When will I receive my refund or store credit?
